Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: My current turn around time for orders is 3-5 business days as long as I receive everything I need on time. All shipping dates are estimates from the USPS mail system and are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need the items at a sooner date I recommend selecting Priority Shipping option at checkout or place your order as early as possible.  I am NOT responsible for shipping delays by USPS and do not offer refunds for orders that arrive later than the estimated shipping date or after your event.

I only send proofs upon request. Proofing is very time consuming and in order to keep the fast turnaround time and get you your order asap, I don't offer proofs as a standard practice. However, I will send one if you request it. Be aware that if you prefer a proof, production of your order will not be able to start until proofs are approved.
