Shop Policies
PROCESSING TIME: Our current turn around time for orders is 3-5 business days as long as we receive everything we need on time. All shipping dates are estimates from the USPS mail system and are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need the items at a sooner date we recommend selecting Priority Shipping option at checkout or place your order as early as possible. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays by USPS and do not offer refunds for orders that arrive later than the estimated shipping date or after your event.
RETURN POLICY: All of the items are made to order. All orders are custom cut after the order is placed and processed therefore we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We cannot accept cancellation requests once production of an order has started. If we made an error on my part then we'll approve a refund or exchange. Please reach out to me and we will work something out with you.
We only send proofs upon request. Proofing is very time consuming and in order to keep the fast turnaround time and get you your order asap, we don't offer proofs as a standard practice. However, we will send one if you request it. Be aware that if you prefer a proof, production of your order will not be able to start until proofs are approved.
